3. Termination of registration
Daily Amader Kantha in its absolute discretion reserves the right to bring this the agreement to an end, by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has been terminated. The agreement will terminate and your email address and password will become invalid on amaderkantha.com.bd immediately. Upon termination you would be entitled to outstanding subscription deposits after adjustment of any claim by Daily Amader Kantha.
Daily Amader Kantha has the right to terminate any user account at any time if the terms and conditions of subscription are violated by the subscriber or by any other person using the password. In this case subscription charges would not be refunded.
In the event the subscriber wishes to terminate the subscription service , such close his/her account may be done with prior notice of at least 30 days in case of annual subscription.
In any event outstanding subscription deposits, in any, is not be refundable.
The rights of termination are in addition to all other rights or remedies of amaderkantha.com.bd provided in these Terms or by law.
